TCP

The Traffic Control Professional will possess valid BCCSA TCP certification and show up for each shift fit for duty. They will report directly to the TCS, will be generally helpful in performing their daily duties and will treat everyone around them with respect.

What to expect:

  • setting up and tearing down
  • dealing with the public
  • support and breaks
  • the feeling that you are doing great work in keeping people safe
  • using a radio
  • Not much traffic
  • Not many lanes
  • having your opinions heard
  • the chance to help shape the place you work
  • the unexpected

The TCP job will start between $18 and $20/hour, depending on experience with other perks optional as we go along.
